About

I like taking things apart.

I am a seasoned product management professional specializing in fraud prevention and risk mitigation. With a technical foundation from MIT, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, I have excelled in defining strategic roadmaps, assessing controls, and optimizing policies to combat fraud. My career began as a developer and quickly transitioned into product management roles at leading financial institutions like Bank of the West and BMO. In these roles, I successfully implemented machine learning fraud prediction models, collaborated with data scientists to enhance fraud detection, and led initiatives that significantly improved operational performance. Currently at BMO, I drive global authentication strategy and mentor teams while also sharing my expertise at industry events.

My technical expertise is complemented by strong analytical skills and the ability to build cross-functional partnerships. In the past, I’ve worked at Intel Corporation and as a consultant product manager at Visa, Inc and Wells Fargo in their digital transformations, developing innovative IoT products, and integrating omni-channel solutions. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and an advocate for continuous learning, I hold multiple certifications, including PMP, Certified Scrum Master, and Salesforce Admin.

I currently enjoy living in San Francisco. I love to do yoga and swim. I also like to read astrological charts, so have your birthday & birth-time ready!
